New Year Countdown 2027 Live is an Android entertainment application that provides a live countdown timer to New Year 2027, along with neon themes, midnight celebration effects, notifications, and countdown image sharing. The app is free to download with an optional Pro subscription to remove advertisements.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. By using the app, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
LinksGroups Engine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal licence to use New Year Countdown 2027 Live for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

The Pro Version is available as a yearly subscription (£0.99/year) processed through the Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store or through the app's menu (Manage Subscription). Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are governed by the Google Play refund policy. We do not process refunds directly — please contact Google Play Support for refund requests.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the next renewal cycle, and you will be notified in advance.
If you reinstall the app, you can restore your Pro subscription through the app's menu (Restore Purchase), provided you are signed into the same Google Play account used for the original purchase.
The free version displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalised or non-personalised based on your consent. Pro subscribers receive a completely ad-free experience once their active subscription is verified.

All content within the app — including but not limited to the countdown display, neon sign visuals, celebration animations, themes, branding, source code, and design — is owned by LinksGroups Engine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "New Year Countdown 2027 Live" name and associated branding are proprietary to LinksGroups Engine.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that countdown timing will be 100% accurate in all scenarios. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinksGroups Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro subscription in the preceding 12 months, or £1.00 (whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinksGroups Engine from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the app immediately ends. Active Pro subscriptions will not receive automatic refunds but can be cancelled via Google Play. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinksGroups Engine operates. EU and UK users retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local law. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against LinksGroups Engine. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by consumer protection laws (EU, UK, Australia).
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and LinksGroups Engine regarding your use of the app and supersede all prior understandings.
